Webinar Talk Series #17- Designing Sustainable Natural Farm was held on 04th October 2020 Sunday from 06.00 PM to 07.30 PM IST. Mr.Kathiravan Velusamy, Alumnus 2003/Computer Science and Engineering was the guest speaker for the occasion. Around 40 participants joined the webinar across the globe using the WebEX Application. The Speaker shared his points from the experience gained through farming in his nature farm. He thanked all his mentors for their moral support. He pitched that farming could be done with continuous learning and one can gain more knowledge only by real time experience in their farm. He shared his view that for effective farming, designing the farm along with suitable crops plays a vital role. The speaker emphasized that farm designing along with the selection of natural plant improved the effectiveness of the yielded result. Dr.N.R.Alamelu, Patron & Principal felicitated the speakers of the Webinar talk series hosted by SREC Alumni Association. Mr.S.Vasanth Kumar, President, SREC AA welcomed the global audiences to the webinar talk series .Dr.C.J.Thomas Renald, Secretary, SREC AA thanked the guests and the audience for sparing time and thought to make this webinar a grand success during Vote of thanks. The participants, with sheer interest and enthusiasm, took part in the fun games conducted by Ms. Padmashree Subramanian 2006 ECE / Singapore which made session more interactive and a memorable one.
